A simple weekend retreat of yoga.

Exploring some of its key facets and playing with Mysore “open exploration” style session, elements of Ashtanga, Traditional Hatha, Chakra yoga, pranayama, Yin, Soma Yoga, Yoga Nidra & meditation. Time to go a bit wild as the colours and winds of autumn tease our senses. Letting the forces of nature inspire us in our practices.
Eating wonderful local vegetarian food, resting and sleeping. Set in the rolling hills of Devon, near Totnes. Just a great way to retreat with your Yoga practice amongst like minded yogi’s with all levels of experience.

Katie is a very experienced facilitator and will hold your space with care and enthusiasm whatever your level of yoga experience, or whatever life has thrown at you! Let your yoga support you.
